Please refer to the TERMS OF USE section at https://www.horseshowoffice.com/terms.asp. The TERMS OF USE constitute the entire agreement between you and BMCI Corporation concerning your use of the BMCI HorseShowOffice.com website and related websites, and in any case of conflicting information between the TERMS OF USE and this Privacy Policy the TERMS OF USE shall govern.

What information do we collect?

We collect information from you when you enter a horse show, create a user account, subscribe to our newsletter, or use the website. When entering a show or creating a user account, you may be asked to enter your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, or payment information, as well as information about the horse, rider, trainer, and coach required to complete your horse-show entry.

What do we use your information for?

The information on the horse, rider, trainer, and coach, as well as other entry information (e.g., stabling requests, classes entered), is used to create an electronic entry into the horse show you enter. This information is provided to the show organizer, show manager, and/or show secretary.

Payment information is used only to process the payment transaction. In the case of check drafts, check drafts are mailed to the show for deposit. In the case of credit cards, charges are processed immediately and full card numbers are not stored or provided to any entity other than the merchant processor of the show you are entering. Truncated card numbers up to the first 4 and last 4 digits may be provided to the show organizer for payment tracking purposes.

We also collect information on your use of the site that may be used to personalize your experience, to improve our website, to improve customer service, to process transactions, to verify your the credentials with US Dressage Federation, US Equestrian Federation, and other affiliated organizations, and to provide support to the show related to your entry.

Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company other than as described above.

The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or seek additional information required to process your entry into the show.

How do we protect your information?

We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter a show or enter, submit, or access your personal information. We use a secure server at a large commercial datacenter. All supplied sensitive/credit information is transmitted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology and is only accessible by those authorized with special access rights to our systems. After a payment transaction, your account number is not stored on our server other than in truncated format (limited to first 4 and last 4 digits).

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release your information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours or others rights, property, or safety.
